These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FlowForge — the website at flowforgesoft.com and the FlowForge CLI, terminal application, and related services (together, the "Service") — provided by FlowForgeSoft, LLC ("FlowForge," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
FlowForge is a developer productivity tool that orchestrates AI coding agents, enforces quality gates, and generates a time-tracked, ticket-based record of development work. FlowForge is tooling that assists your development process; you are responsible for reviewing and validating any code or output the Service produces before you rely on or ship it.
2. Accounts
You must provide an accurate email address to create an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You're responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us right away at alex@flowforgesoft.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select) and processed by our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your payment method on each billing cycle until you cancel. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. We may change our prices; if we do, we'll give you notice before the change applies to your next billing cycle.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time; your access continues through the end of the billing period you've already paid for. To cancel or for help with a billing issue, contact alex@flowforgesoft.com.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any law or regulation;
- Attempt to circumvent the Service's licensing, entitlement, or session controls;
- Resell, sublicense, or provide access to the Service to third parties without our written consent;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits it;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or the data it contains.
6. Your content and code
You retain all ownership rights in the source code, content, and projects you create using FlowForge. We do not claim any ownership over your work. We process the inputs and outputs of your development sessions solely to operate the Service for you — for example, to generate your time-tracking records — as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Third-party services
The Service relies on and integrates with third-party providers, including AI model providers (such as Anthropic's Claude), Stripe for payments, and Supabase and AWS for infrastructure. Your use of the Service is also subject to the applicable terms of those providers where relevant to the features you use.
8. Intellectual property
FlowForge and its licensors own all right, title, and interest in the Service itself — the software, branding, and documentation — excluding your own content described in Section 6. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to our trademarks or branding without our written permission.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any AI-generated output will be accurate, secure, or fit for your intended use — you are responsible for reviewing all output before relying on it.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowForgeSoft, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold FlowForgeSoft, LLC harmless from any claim arising from your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if required by our payment processor or infrastructure providers. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time as described in Section 4.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, and any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
